Many artists, myself included, are faced with this question: how can my art impact the world?
I’ve been inspired by many friends who have found ways to make a difference with their artwork.
This year, despite my already crazy life, I could no longer shake the call to create a bigger
purpose for my little illustrations. I decided to do online “art shows” to sell pieces with proceeds
benefitting different causes.
All proceeds from the sale of this artwork go to the Preemptive Love Coalition,
which provides lifesaving heart surgeries to children in Iraq. Each piece is $45, which
means if 23 pieces find homes, that will be enough to purchase one heart surgery
for an Iraqi child in need.
